A product of a family tradition that formed 100 years ago. Café Gripiñas is grown on the highest mountain in PR, Cerro Punta. For that simple reason, the Gripiñas coffee bean has more density and flavor than other beans that originate at lower elevations. After being cultivated, the coffee beans are hand-picked in our roastery, ensuring that it is the highest quality product that can be found in the market. Gripiñas is a highly concentrated coffee with balanced flavor, and a creamy and smooth body. Its taste has hints of caramel, chocolate and wild berries. 100% arabica coffee.
Café cultivado en la montaña más alta de PR, Cerro Punta. Por esa sencilla razón el grano del café Gripiñas tiene más densidad y sabor que otros grano donde se originan en elevaciones menores. Luego de ser cultivado y lavado en Gripiñas, el café es escogido a mano en nuestra torrefacción asegurándonos siempre que sea el producto de más alta calidad que se pueda encontrar en el mercado. Es un café muy concentrado con notas que resaltan de caramelo, chocolate y frutas silvestres del bosque. Tiene un sabor balanceado y un cuerpo cremoso y suave. 100% arabica.
